Complete this form if you are a DELTA candidate and wish English Language House to enter you for one of the DELTA modules:

- DELTA Module 1: written examination (you will sit your exam at English Language House, Milton Keynes)
- DELTA Module 2: a portfolio of coursework, including lesson observations (ELH will enter submit your portfolio to Cambridge for assessment)
- DELTA Module 3: a written assignment (ELH will submit your assignment to Cambridge for assessment)

The closing date for entries is 8 weeks before the examination date.
If there are less than 8 weeks before examination date, please contact us to find out if you can still enter. If possible we will accept your entry but you may have to pay a late entry fee.
