The minimum number of candidates for a group entry is 4.

The closing date for paper based exam entries for groups is 12 weeks before the examination date.
The closing date for computer based exam entries for groups is 8 weeks before the examination date.
Full payment must be made to confirm your exam group entry.

If you have a group of candidates who can sit the same exam on the same day and you are interested in booking this exam please email us with the following information:
- Your name, address and contact details.
- Your connection to the group ie are you their teacher, a parent, a manager etc
- If you are contacting us from a company, school or organisation please give the name, address, email and telephone number of the company, school or organisation etc.
- What exam/s do you wish to book? Please specify if you require an "English for Schools" exam.
- Total number of candidates you wish to enter?
- If candidates are under 18, please specify their ages and the exams you wish these candidates to sit.
- What is your preferred exam month/date and what are possible alternatives?
- Where would you like your candidates to sit their exam?
- Who will pay the exam fees? Who do we send the invoice to? What is the name, email, address and telephone number of this person?
- Do you need to issue a purchase order before we invoice you?
