INFORMATION FOR AGENTS/ETOs

English Language House is always interested in working with good quality agents who can introduce students to our school.
We hold Accreditation UK and can issue visa support documents for students who need to apply for
a student visitor visa to study English in England for up to 11 months.

WHY CHOOSE ENGLISH LANGUAGE HOUSE?
  • English Language House is an accredited English language centre so you can be sure of the quality of our courses.
  • English Language House is a small and friendly language school in the very centre of Milton Keynes and, because we are small we can give a lot of individual attention to each and every student who joins us. We look after our students as if they are members of our family and we will always do our very best so that they will have a good experience living and studying in England.
  • We have a large selection of  English Language Programmes so students can choose what is most suitable for their English language needs and can improve their English and reach their goals quickly.
  • Students come to study with us from all over the world so we have a good mix of nationalities.
  • Our flexible programmes mean that our students can choose how they prefer to study; they can study face2face or live online, in small groups or on their own. They decide what is best and we will work hard to provide them with the best options available for their needs.
  • We have lovely students who we teach in small groups. The maximum number of students in our group lessons is 12 but we often teach groups of 6 or 8 students in a class. This means that our students will get a lot of individual attention from their teachers during their lessons.
  • Our Teachers are qualified professionals and they all hold teaching qualifications that are recognised by the Cambridge English and the British Council.

WHY CHOOSE MILTON KEYNES AS A LOCATION FOR YOUR STUDENTS:
Milton Keynes is a great place to live. It's half way between Oxford and Cambridge and just 30 mins by train to London. It's modern with wide roads and great transport links so from here you can visit any part of English easily. It's got lots of things to do and see eg water skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, indoor skydiving, sailing and much more and you can visit places of historical interest in an around Milton Keynes.  Bicester Village, a well known shopping centre for great designer outfits, Bletchley park, the home of the code breakers, Woburn Abbey, the home of the Duke and Duchess of Bedford, and Althrop, the childhood home of Princess Diana are all easy to get to from Milton Keynes.

OUR PROMISE TO OUR AGENTS
We promise to look after all the students you send and to work to make sure they have the best possible experience of learning English and living in England. We offer very good commission to Agents/ETOs we work with. WHO WE COMMUNICATE WITH AFTER ENROLMENT:

Once an agent has introduced a student to English Language House and the student has enrolled on the programme of their choice then the client for this programme is the student and we will need to hear directly from this student if they wish to postpone, change or cancel their course and/or request a refund.
In all such instances we cannot deal directly with the agent but we can cc the agent in all communication with the student providing the student has given us written instructions to do so.
HOW TO INTRODUCE A NEW STUDENT:
We recommend that you discuss the ELH student entry journey with your students and make sure they understands this.
Then before you introducing a new student to ELH you must ensure that he/she is aware of the entry procedure: and has read and agreed with:
  • Our Terms and Conditions for students and
