A legally binding agreement between English Language House and you shall come into existence when:
(a) English Language House has accepted your offer to purchase a Course or Courses and/or a Lesson or Lessons and/or an Exam or Exams from us by sending you an email confirming the purchase; and
(b) English Language House has received payment of the relevant Fee/s from you in accordance with clause 5 of the T&C.
