ENGLISH LESSONS:
To join English language lessons at English Language House:
Students complete the New Student Registration form and the level test.
If English Language House can accepted the student, then:
Students complete the New Student Registration form and the level test.
- English Language House then emails the student to tell the student if we can accept him/her.
If English Language House can accepted the student, then:
- The student either pay the Registration fee and the booking fee to book their programme. After this English Language House will send the student an invoice for the full course fees (excluding the Registration fee and the booking fee).
- or the student can pay the full course fees inclusive of the registration fee and booking fee.
- will also need to pay the visa admin fee
- will also need to pay the accommodation placement fee and 4 weeks accommodation fee to book their accommodation
- After the student books his/her course English Language House will email him/her a booking confirmation.
- After the student pays for his/her course English Language House will email the student the visa support documents they will need so they can apply for a short term study visa.
- After the student receives his/her booking confirmation, the student has 14 days to change his/her mind and to cancel, postpone or reschedule his/her course.
- To cancel, postpone or reschedule students must email English Language House and explain the reason for this change.
- English Language House will respond by email to inform the student what will happen next.
- If a student does not inform English Language House in writing of any changes they need to make, the student will be liable for payment of the full fees as shown in their original invoice and/or email we send them.
Refund Policy:
- After a student receives a booking confirmation the student has 14 calendar days from the date of this email to change his/her mind and, if he/she has already paid the course fees, to request a refund.
- The student will be issued a refund of the course fees only if s/he has not already started his/her course.
- Refunds will be issued only if the student has followed the procedure outlined in the student terms and conditions.
- Refunds are subject to cancellation fees as shown in our student terms and conditions.
- If there are "exceptional circumstances" which a student would like us to consider s/he must explain these fully in writing.
