We want to hear how well we are doing from all staff and contractors who work with ELH. Our open door policy means you can always pop into the Elh Office/ Virtual Office for a quick chat about anything that is worrying you. It is also important to record and analyse feedback so that ELH can make plans and take action to ensure we enable everyone who works with Elh to achieve the very best.
