We want to hear how well we are doing from all staff who work at ELH. Your opinion is important to us and it will help us to ensure that we do what is best for all. Our open door policy means staff can always pop into the Elh Office/ Virtual Office for a quick chat about anything that is worrying you. It is also important to record and analyse feedback so that ELH can make plans and take action to ensure we enable staff to achieve the very best.
You can complete the form below any time but please always complete it in week 5 of T2, T4, T6, T8 and T9 each year to give your feedback on the work, environment, assistance, support, opportunities for CPD, students etc.   
Please also make suggestions you think may be of benefit to you and/or ELH in future ie resource books, extra projectors, alternative timetables  etc...

Please fill this in to record any student's , staff member's or ELH's successes when these occur.

• Students' successes may be a change of level, a new job because their English has improved, an exam they have passed, a University/College etc course they have gained entry to etc
• Staff successes may be achieving a Certificate / Qualification or completing a training course successfully ie Prevent, Safeguarding etc

• ELH's successes may be that we have been granted a new contract or will appear in a BC marketing campaign, or have achieved a good rating in an inspection etc...
