Our students are very important to us and we want them to enjoy their learning experience at English Language House.
​To help us check that everyone happy and is making good progress we ask our students to tell us what they think by completing forms and/or feedback questionnaires at certain times during their studies.

WHEN YOU STUDY WITH US WE WILL SOMETIMES ASK YOU TO COMPLETE ONE OF OUR QUESTIONNAIRES AND TO CHECK THAT EVERYTHING:

Forms to complete:

• Student self evaluation of learning -SEL (after each lesson to track your progress and set new goals)
• Yellow feedback form (at the end of week 1 for new students only to check that everything is OK for you)
• Student Feeback Questionnaire (in week 5 of each term)
• Homestay student feedback ( in week 2 for students in homestay accommodation only to check you are happy)

• The complaints form (if you have a complaint, you can complete this form). The webpage shows you our complains procedure and if you prefer not to use the complaints form you can email us.

IF YOU ARE A COMPANY AND WE ARE TEACHING LESSONS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES WILL ASK YOU TO COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW:

• Company feedback questionnaire  (the company representative will complete this form after our Elh teacher/s have taught 15 hours of lessons with your staff.)       ​

• CELTA mid course Feedback Questionnaire - mid way through the course. 

• CELTA end of course Evaluation Questionnaire - on the final day of the course
