The Excess Admin Fee

The hours we spend on admin are usually free of charge.

The Elh Office will usually dedicate up to 8 hours in total to deal with the administration requirements of a new student. These hours are free of charge and the student will not pay for these.
These hours may involve time the ELH office will spend to:

communicate about courses
assess the student's registration form and level test
send invoices and record payments
send visa support documents etc

What is the Excess Admin fee?

However:

if a student keeps changing their mind and asks for new documentation a number of times
if a student's agent is constantly asking for different information to be included or changes to be made in the documentation we have issued
if the ELH office spends in excess of 10 hours of admin work to deal with the student and/or the student's representative
if after leaving ELH the student contacts us many months or years later to ask for verification of study documents etc

then an excess admin fee is charged.

£49 per hour

What does this fee cover?

It covers extra work we have to do to produce additional documentation you require or send additional communication to you or your representative.
