You will need to complete both the CELTA Application Form and the Pre Interview Task so that our trainers are able to assess your suitability for the course..
When completing these forms please ensure that you have also read the CELTA Terms and Conditions and signed the candidate agreement at the bottom of this page.

    Personal Information Data collection, processing and storage:
    When you contact ELH we will collect and process your personal information so that we can assess your application to study with us, recommend suitable courses for you and, if you register with us, monitor your progress and language development while you are studying with us. We will keep this information safe, we will only share it outside ELH if we are required to by law and we will store it only for as long as necessary for legal or regulatory reasons or for legitimate organisational purposes. You can email and ask ELH to delete your personal information at any time. ELH will delete this information so long as ELH is not required to keep it for legal or regulatory reasons or for legitimate organisational purposes.
    Outlook email address, OneDrive and group WhatsApp:
    Shortly before you start your course ELH will create an Elh microsoft outlook email address for you to use and the following WhatsApp Groups:
    • a  CELTA Trainees  Group WhatsApp to include your (i) personal WhatsApp number as well as (ii) all trainees and trainers on the course, (iii) the Elh Office, (iv) the Director Elh, (v) the DOS at Elh and (vi) the Elh emergency number.  
    • a CELTA Individual Candidate Group WhatsApp to include (i) your personal WhatsApp number as well as (ii) the trainers on the course, (iii) the Elh Office, (iv) the Director Elh, (v) the DOS at Elh and (vi) the Elh emergency number.
    Your Elh microsoft outlook email  will be used by Elh staff to communicate with you about your course and to share material and resources with you via OneDrive. The CELTA Trainees Group WhatsApp will mostly be used by Trainers to message all trainees about the course and the Individual Candidate Group WhatsApp will primarily be used by trainers or ELH senior staff (eg the Director ELH, the DOA or DOS) to message you individually and to respond to any queries or concerns you have quickly and efficiently.  You can also use this to communicate with us and get an immediate response during working hours.

    Please ensure that you have read the “CELTA Terms and Conditions” and the Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings before you submit your application. It is important that you are aware of the refund and cancellation policy. Submission of the ​CELTA Application Form indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and signifies that you have entered into a legally binding contact with ELH. If you are issued with an Unconditional Offer you will need to pay full fees within 28 days or within 48 hours if the course is less than 28 days away.
