HOW TO INTRODUCE A STUDENT TO ENGLISH LANGUAGE HOUSE
Agents should:
- See the entry procedure for students who join via an agent.
- Use the Student introduction form to introduce a new student to ELH.
- If your agency has its own system to introduce a student to ELH you can use this system but please make sure you send all the information we need as shown in the Student introduction form.
- We need this information in order to assess the student's needs and let you know if we can accept the student for the course programme they have selected.
It is also very important that you make sure the student is aware of the following:
- The English programmes that are available and how group lessons work.
- The cost of the programmes and the variation in the hours students may study when group lessons are not possible.
- The time required to process each registration and, issue visa support documents if these are required.
- The need for students to complete the New Student Registration form and the level test so we can assess their English and let you know if we can accept them on the course they want to join.
- Finding accommodation.
