ABOUT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHAT WE DO WITH THIS:

When you contact ELH we will collect and process the information you provide so that:

• we can respond to your enquiry,
• give you information you require
  
• recommend suitable courses 
• arrange a language assessment, if required and,
  

After you book lessons with English Language House:

• to monitor the progress and language development of your learner/s
  
• give feedback to the company and the learner/s about their English Language progress 
• organise and conduct exams, if required
  

We will keep this information safe, we will only share it outside ELH if we are required to by law and we will store it only for as long as necessary for legal or regulatory reasons or for legitimate organisational purposes.
