- Group Lessons
- Live Online Lessons via Zoom
- Face2Face lessons at Elh or at the company
- E-Learning (courses for learners who prefer to learn in their own time without a teacher)

- General English
- ESP eg Business English, Medical English, English for Hotels and Catering etc
- English for Exams
- English for Work eg English for negotiations, English for sales, English for training, English for health and safety etc

BOOKINGS - RESCHEDULING OF LESSONS - ABSENCES - CANCELLATIONS
BOOKINGS:
Companies book lessons for their employees. The lessons are booked for the day/s and time/s requested by the client and are agreed with English Language House. A teacher is allocated to the class and timetabled to teach this class on an ongoing basis. Whenever this teacher is unavailable, ie due to illness, holiday or other commitments, another teacher will cover the class and the client will be informed of this change in advance.
RESCHEDULING OF LESSONS:
It may be possible to reschedule One2One lessons but only if:
Companies book lessons for their employees. The lessons are booked for the day/s and time/s requested by the client and are agreed with English Language House. A teacher is allocated to the class and timetabled to teach this class on an ongoing basis. Whenever this teacher is unavailable, ie due to illness, holiday or other commitments, another teacher will cover the class and the client will be informed of this change in advance.
RESCHEDULING OF LESSONS:
It may be possible to reschedule One2One lessons but only if:
- the company has paid full fees (ie not a discounted rate via a Special Offer ) and
- the learner has contacted Elh by email 48 hours or more before the day and time of the lesson they wish to reschedule.
- if they are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
- if they have been booked via a Special Offer
- if they are Group and not One2One lessons
