RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF DATA
(previously Destruction of Records: ELH Time Limits - Quick Reference) Applies to paper and computer records For more details see the PPM - Policy and Procedures Manual.
No changes to be made without reference to the Director ELH, the DOA or the DOS who, if appropriate, will amend the Policy and Procedures Manual accordingly.
“Complex case” status may be given to any records by the Director ELH, the DOA or the DOS.
Always check before destroying any records, especially student files, correspondence, and attendance warnings.
