Here you can see all the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for English Language House. These T&Cs tell you how we work and give you important information about our rules and regulations, code of conduct, break weeks, cancellations, refunds etc.
It is very important that you read the "Terms and Conditions" that relate to you before you book your course. If there is something you do not understand please email us and ask us to explain. After you book your course it may not be possible to make any changes or get refunds if you change your mind.
STUDENT ABSENCES:
After you chose and pay for your lessons these are booked for you and you will not be able to change your mind. You can add lessons to your study programme but you cannot usually deduct or reschedule lessons after your course start date. ELH will only change your study programme if your English has improved and you can change to a higher level. ELH will not refund or reschedule lessons that you miss. Please read our policy on student absences before you book and ask us to explain if you do not understand anything.
