This form must be completed by an agent when they introduce a new student to English Language House.

ABOUT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHAT WE DO WITH THIS:

When you contact ELH we will collect and process your student's personal information so that:

• we can assess their application to study with us,
• recommend suitable courses for him/her 

and, if they join ELH,

• to monitor his/her progress and language development while they are studying with us.

We will keep this information safe, we will only share it outside ELH if we are required to by law and we will store it only for as long as necessary for legal or regulatory reasons or for legitimate organisational purposes.
